Alex has been practicing real estate in the Triangle since early 2018 with a focus on areas in and around Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, Raleigh, and Alamance. In 2022 he joined the local Carrboro firm Terra Nova Global Properties. His practice areas include residential sales, new construction, and he has extensive experience working with first time homebuyers. A listening ear and a dedicated broker are key to overcoming barriers in this fast-paced Triangle housing market. Whether it be helping first-time homebuyers make their homeownership dreams become a reality, guiding investors, or consulting with builders, Alex is committed to walking with buyers and sellers through every step of the path to reach their goals. Alex offers his clients attentive service, creative solutions to problems, and detail-oriented communication to ensure they can navigate this market with confidence.
Connected to the Community
As a former fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, Alex is passionate about the issue of affordable housing in the community. To that end, he has donated 5% of his profits from every real estate transaction to Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. Currently, he is working to expand upon his commitment to affordable housing by working to create a collaborative group from within the real estate community that can advocate for and be educated in housing solutions for buyers across the economic spectrum throughout the Triangle.
Outside of the Office
When not working, you'll find Alex playing with his son. His greatest joys in life are found in time with his family, whether that be splashing in Morgan Creek, exploring the NC Botanical Gardens, or chasing his son around the lawn at Weaver Street Market in Carrboro. He loves exploring the natural beauty to be found in the Triangle, from Eno River State Park in Durham to the Hillsborough Riverwalk to Coker Arboretum at the University of North Carolina.
